OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PACKAGED DRIKING WATER PLANT PROCESS

1. Raw Water Intake & Pre-Treatment

• Water sourcing & storage: Water is pumped from a reliable source (spring, bore well) into raw water tanks • Coagulation & flocculation: Alum or similar agents are dosed to aggregate suspended particles, forming flocs for easier removal • Sedimentation: Settling tanks allow flocs to drop; clearer water proceeds to filters.

2. Filtration & Purification

• Multi-media filtration: Water passes through sand and activated carbon filters to remove turbidity, colour, odour, and residual chlorine • Antiscalant dosing: Adding antiscalant chemicals helps prevent scale build up on downstream membrane systems • Micron filtration: Cartridge filters (20 µm → 1 µm) remove fine particles • Reverse Osmosis (RO): High-pressure RO removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, and microbes, rejecting 95–99% of TDS

3. Post-RO Treatment

• UV sterilization: Eliminates bacteria and viruses that bypass RO membranes • Mineral adjustment: Remineralisation (or blending with pre-treated water) restores taste and essential minerals • Ozonation: Ozone gas is added to ensure terminal disinfection and extend shelf life—without chemical residues

4. Rinse – Fill – Cap – Seal

• Rinsing: Sterile rinsing eliminates any contaminants. • Filling: Bottles are filled under controlled, often sterile or semi-sterile, conditions • Capping/Sealing: Caps are applied and sanitized (e.g., ozone-treated) before sealing.

5. Labelling & Packaging

• Labelling: Bottles are labelled with brand, ingredient list, batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates, complying with regulations
• Cartooning/Shrink-wrapping: Labelled bottles are packed into cartons or crates for storage and transit

6. Quality Control & Compliance

• Laboratory testing: Samples are taken at each major stage—raw, treated, and bottled—for physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis against BIS/FSSAI/ISI norms

7. Storage & Distribution

• Warehouse storage: Finished goods are stored under hygienic, climate-controlled conditions until shipment.
• Logistics: Bottled water is dispatched efficiently to corporate offices, restaurants, and distribution partners via reliable logistics.
• Maintenance & monitoring: Routine equipment checks and maintenance schedules (OEE, downtime tracking) ensure uninterrupted, high-quality operations.
