Beginner’s Guide

HOW IT ALL WORKS

1. Client Input & Brief -  We begin when you share your logo, branding guidelines, and any packaging requirements.  We review your specs—bottle size, sticker dimensions, messaging, regulator info—and clarify details up-front to set the project for success.
2. Artwork Design & Mock-up
Our design team creates the initial artwork using your logo, colour palette, and content needs. You receive a digital mockup showing the sticker layout on your bottle. We welcome your feedback to refine placement, color, text, and regulatory elements.
3. Client Confirmation & Final Approval
We issue a proof (PDF or digital mockup) with version control and tracked comments—no confusion over which version is current Once you approve the final artwork, we lock it as “production-ready” to prevent any accidental changes
4. Printing & Manufacturing The approved artwork is sent for sticker printing with proper prepress checks (bleed, color mode, barcode quality). We use high-quality materials and equipment to manufacture the stickers. Pre-production proofs are reviewed for color accuracy and alignment before full-run printing begins.
5. Label Application & Bottling Stickers are applied to bottles using automated labelling lines for precise placement and hygiene standards. Bottles are filled, capped, and sealed under strict quality control.
6. Packaging & Delivery Finished bottles are packed (cartons/shrink-wrap) and prepared for dispatch. We handle logistics—arranging delivery to your warehouse, distribution centre, or final destination per your schedule.

WHY OUR PROCESS WORKS

Clear Steps & Accountability We assign responsibilities and deadlines for each phase, ensuring efficiency and transparency
Centralized Artwork Review Our digital proofing tool logs all feedback and versions in one place—no confusion, easy collaboration
Quality First Pre-print checks (color, barcodes, legal copy) prevent mistakes and ensure compliance. Final proofs lock in the exact file for production
Speed & Consistency Fixed rounds of revisions and locked-approved files reduce delays and errors, keeping the project on schedule.
